Mini members purchase a set number of scheduled play sessions, while our full members enjoy unlimited access and exclusive events. Our Mini Membership packages offer a way to access The Canopy's beautiful space and amenities. It's perfect for families who want to join our community but aren't ready for unlimited visits.

We understand little ones can be unpredictable! To ensure all members have an opportunity to play, we require 24 hours notice to cancel your schedule play session. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the session start time, a credit will be automatically deducted from your membership package.  Your sessions are valid for 180 days, giving you plenty of flexibility to visit when it works best for your family.

Each of our sessions is capped to a certain number of participants to ensure our space remains at a comfortable capacity.  Our 5,000 square foot space has plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and you can always ensure you get your preferred play session by booking in advance.

We have snacks and drinks for sale at reception as well as complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea available in the kitchen. If you run out of diapers or forget them at home, we’ve got HealthyBaby diapers and wipes in our bathrooms along with changing tables. We also offer burp cloths, bottle warmers, and high chairs.

Many families start with Mini Memberships and discover they want more frequent access. You can either purchase another Mini Membership after you use all your sessions, or upgrade to full membership, which comes with unlimited drop-in play, exclusive gifts and perks, and special member-only events.

Yes. Open play all day is an exclusive benefit for full Canopy Members. Mini Memberships have designated play sessions (available every day of the week!) from 9-11am, 12-2pm, or 3-5pm. This helps us manage the capacity and keep it comfortable for everyone. 

We recommend arriving as close to the start time of the session as possible. We’ll give you a heads up when the play session is ending so all you have to worry about is enjoying yourself. If you arrive late to a play session (i.e. 10am), you will still need to depart the space at the session end time (i.e. 11am).

You are more than welcome to enter at any time but scheduled sessions end at the designated time, no matter what time you checked in.

Our memberships keep the Canopy community close knit. We do not sell single play sessions.
